Yesterday Morning , (Saturday) 26 July, the waves at Scottburgh were pumping. Great 4-6ft barrels spitting. Today, well North East onshore winds and big swell... they dont really work together.

Now then,
I've just moved to Durban from UK (yeah ENGLAND!...) and have picked up surfing over the last couple of weeks. I'm now the proud owner of my very own Minimal board (7ft, thick as hell) and want to hit it!
Bad news is that apart from Addington (where I had some lessons) and Umdloti (where I live), I have no freaking idea about where it is I should be going
Addington is getting shut over summer (cuz of the works for 2010 football) so that effectivly limits my current knowledge to one beach
I need help!! where should I be looking at? Im not uber-sharp with the waves yet, but can handle myself well enough - I just need to get some regular trips
